CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 9, 2019. An 80% refund will be issued for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests date stamped after October 9, 2019. Submit all requests by email to the APIC DFW Treasurer .APIC DFW regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
